The Free Fire India Championship (FFIC) 2022 spring season begins on February 11th. Teams from across the country will compete for 42 spots in the closed qualifiers in the open qualifiers (FFC mode). The FFC matchmaking will take place on 11 February from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. IST.
The prize pool for the FFIC 2022 has been increased by 25 lakhs, totaling one crore. The winner receives half of the total prize pool, while the first four runners-up receive one-fourth of the total prize pool. Garena has added three new individual awards to this year's FFIC.
Members of the winning team will also receive 1x Diamond Voucher, 1x Armor Crate, and 1x Bounty Token.

The distribution of the prize pool for the Free Fire India Championship 2022 Spring
The MVPs in the league stages and finals will each receive ₹100,000, and the Headhunter will receive ₹50,000.
Garena stated that the prize money will be distributed to the team captains only after each team submits a few supporting documents, such as their bank passbook and Garena-supplied forms. The following are the prerequisites:
Aside from the title and prize money, the winner will be guaranteed a spot in the Free Fire World Series (FFWC) 2022 finals, while the first runners-up will be guaranteed a spot in the play-ins. The FFWS 2022 will be held in Sentosa, Singapore, in May.

Our flagship tournament, the Free Fire India Championship, will return in 2022! The Free Fire India Championship 2022 Spring is an open tournament for all Indian and Nepalese players. The top performing teams at the FFIC 2022 Spring will have the opportunity to represent the region on an international stage as well as gain direct qualification to the next edition of the Free Fire Pro League. From February 7 to 11, 2022, players can register for the FFIC 2022 Spring Open Qualifiers. The FFC (Free Fire Cup) Mode Qualifiers will be held on February 11th, 2022. There will be a total of 18 teams competing in FFIC 2022 Spring. The top 12 teams from the closed qualifiers will be joined by the top 6 seeds from the FFPL 2021 Winter Finals. The League stage will be held from March 11 to March 27, 2022. On 10 April 2022, the top 12 teams in the region will compete for the lion's share of the INR 1 Crore prize pool at the FFIC 2022 Spring Grand Finals.
